Mrs. Khongelani Malale is the Founder and Director of K Malale Attorneys Inc. She obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa and began her articles of clerkship in December 2020 while completing her six-month practical legal training through distance learning.
Her legal career quickly took shape at Makgoba Ramawela Attorneys in Tzaneen, where she served her articles and was appointed to the firm’s senior management structures before her admission. In March 2025, she was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Mrs. Malale furthered her qualifications with a Postgraduate Diploma in Deceased Estates and Trust Administration, making her FISA-compliant and recognised as a Fiduciary Practitioner with over three years of experience. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Family Law, reflecting her continued commitment to growth and specialization.
With extensive experience across both private and commercial sectors, Mrs. Malale has represented clients in a wide range of legal matters, including:
- Corporate and Commercial Law – drafting and reviewing contracts, business advisory, and compliance.
- Construction and Land Claims Law – advising on property development and land restitution disputes.
- Labour Law – representing clients in unfair dismissal and labour practice disputes before the CCMA, Labour Court, and Labour Appeal Court.
- General Civil Litigation – handling disputes with a focus on practical and effective resolutions.
She also serves as a Trustee for several business trusts, offering fiduciary and estate planning expertise.
